Alice Evans Shearin passed away March 27, 2022. She was born to the late Linwood and Ollie Mae Evans in Norfolk, Virginia. She is preceded in death by her brother Keith Evans and sister Linda Coleman. Alice is a graduate of Great Bridge High School. She was employed by Food Lion for over 25 years. She is survived by her husband Jarratt C. Shearin Sr., her sons Jarratt C. Shearin Jr., Jason Shearin, and Jeremy Shearin (Julie). She is also survived by her sisters Faye Nash (Jimmy), Carol Heath (Ray), brother Woody Evans and two granddaughters Rachel Shearin and Monica Shearin. Her greatest joy in life was her family. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
