Linda Howell O'Dell Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

It is with great sadness in our hearts that we announce our mom, Linda Howell O’Dell, passed away on June 14, 2022, after a long illness. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Linda was born in Lewistown, PA to Wardell and Mary Peters Howell. She graduated from Lewistown High School in 1954. In April, 1957, she married Lawrence (Larry) O’Dell in the Lewistown Presbyterian Church. Larry predeceased her on July 29, 2021. Linda is survived by her four children Mary (Stephen) LaDue, James (Kim) O’Dell, David (Jo-Ellen) O’Dell, and Susan (Mark) Ronquillo; six grandchildren Megan, Jacqueline, Christopher, Jackson, Emily, and Grant; and four great-grandchildren. Linda is also survived by sister in-laws Eileen Wismer and Nadine (Paul) Bryan as well as many nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend our thanks and gratitude for the loving care she received from Interim Healthcare Hospice of Virginia. Linda was an avid reader and loved going to the library.
